The verdict? The police department said they are holding the trophy for six months! HAHA I love the friendly rivalry between these two departments! The policemen were extremely friendly and eager to learn about how to make themselves healthier! I even shared with them a secret trick of mine! Randmonly, throught the day, just do 60 seceonds of jumping jacks! Do this 10 times in one day ( I know it seems like a lot, but at 60 seconds a time, it flies by!) and its the equivlent cardio excersize of running one mile!!
